Positive Minds course to improve Mental Health and Wellbeing
Did you know that spending time being engaged on a task can help reduce racing thoughts and a busy mind?
On this course you will learn the basics of a few craft activities that you can use in a mindful way to help you relax.
In each of the sessions, you will create some fantastic items whilst finding out how these crafts give you the chance to use focused attention to escape daily stress of life.

This session is part of our Positive Minds programme so to make sure the course is right for you, we would like to speak to you first. You can complete a booking request online or contact us on 01254 507720 and let us know which course you are interested in. Once expressed an interest in the course, a member of the team will contact you to arrange a brief appointment via phone. This helps us check if the Positive Minds courses are right for you and helps to assess what impact the course has on your mood and wellbeing. There isn't an assessment; however, we will ask you to complete a Mood and Wellbeing Questionnaire when we first speak to you and on completion of the course.
