This two‑week course introduces the gentle, grounding practice of mindful journaling — a simple but powerful tool for improving emotional wellbeing, reducing stress and building self‑awareness. Across two supportive sessions, participants learn how to use writing as a way to pause, reflect and reconnect with themselves in the middle of busy everyday life.
