111 – Youth Mental Health First Aid

Youth Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a training course which teaches people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health in young people and provide help on a first aid basis. Learn to recognise warning signs, develop the confidence to approach and support a young person, and understand how to keep both them and yourself safe.
