This one-day accredited Level 1 course covers food safety and hygiene skills required by anyone who handles food or drink as part of their work or volunteering role.
The course is suitable for learners who have previously completed their Food Safety Basics and are interested in improving their understanding of food safety in the home and workplace environments.
This is the first step to gaining a Level 2 qualification for employment or volunteering purposes in environments that handle food.
**You will need at least an Entry 3 understanding of English to complete this course**

– Late arrival of more than 15 minutes may result in learners not being able to access the course.
– Please ensure you bring along photo ID and/or a bank card for ID as this is an accredited course
